Now! What a wonderful time to live in, folks. We are living in times where God is revealing His Word more than He has done in the past. We are living on a fresh revelation every day!

I just want to share with you something here that is important: Faith vs Imaginations. Most of us do not realise how important it is to have the right imaginations in order to have your faith working fine.

Let me put it this way: our faith brings to pass that which we have imagined. Meaning, if we do not have imaginations, our faith has nothing to do. Hebrews 11:1 puts it this way: faith is the substance of things we hope for, the evidence of things not seen. Faith brings to substance that which we have imagined. I like what Jesus says in Luke 17:6: faith is our servant.

That means we imagine things, then faith goes to get them. Meaning, if I imagine nothing, my faith gets nothing.

In Genesis 11:6 God says whatever we imagine to do shall not be restrained from us. Most people do not realise how important their imaginations are when it comes to walking by faith. Here God is simply saying what you imagine is what you get in life.

Now imagine, if you do not imagine anything, that means nothing you will get. Or imagine if you imagine bad or evil things; that means bad or evil things you will get.

Sometimes in life, things that we complain are caused by the devil in our lives are not from the devil; they are simply our imaginations. Let me make an example: if you are poor, most part of poverty in our lives is because of the mindset or imaginations. Proverbs 23:7 says, as a man thinks in his heart, so is he. So we always complain that the devil has done that poverty or something in our lives, but God says it is the results of our imaginations that we made ourselves poor or caused bad things.

Let me explain something here: you will never have what you have never imagined. You cannot have a debt-free house or a debt-free car unless you imagine yourself having a debt-free house and a debt-free car. You will never be a millionaire unless you imagine yourself as a millionaire.

Most people can imagine themselves poor but never imagine themselves rich, but they get surprised why they are poor and not rich. What you imagine yourself to be, you become in life because what you imagine yourself to be, you end up believing yourself to be. Again, we need to understand that what you imagine, you attract.

Let us take Job for instance. The Bible says Job always gave sacrifices in case his children had committed any sin. Job continued to do this not out of faith but out of fear, and eventually he lost his children. In Job 3:25 Job himself says, what I fear came upon me. Job attracted all the misery to himself with fearful thoughts.

The Law of Attraction Works in This Way

When we always think negatively about ourselves, we attract negative circumstances. And when we think positively about ourselves, we attract positive things in our lives. As a man thinks in his heart, so is he (Proverbs 23:7).

That is the reason the Bible encourages us to renew our minds (Romans 12:2). Phil 4:8 - Paul says we need to think on those things that are of a good report, things that are lovely, things that are praiseworthy.

Why Paul is saying this is because we cannot have a negative mind and live a positive life. A negative mind produces a negative life, while a positive mind produces a positive life.

2 Corinthians 10:5 - we are destroying every thought that exalts itself above the knowledge of God and bringing it into captivity to obey Christ. Our thoughts need to align with God's Word for us to live the life that pleases God.

Family, there is so much to be said on this subject, but time and space cannot allow me! Know that we love you and pray for you.

Jesus is Lord.
